What Happens During the 2-Day Reflexology Course?
Day 1 – Theory, Demonstrations and Practical Training
The first day combines the theory behind reflexology with tutor demonstrations and guided practical training.
You will begin learning the key techniques used in reflexology treatments, including pressure points and thumb walking, before putting these skills into practice with other students.
With a maximum of four students on the course, there is plenty of opportunity to ask questions and receive individual guidance from your tutor as you develop your technique.
Day 2 – Practical Reflexology Treatments
The second day focuses on developing your practical skills and confidence.
You will continue practising with other students before progressing to carrying out reflexology treatments on models under tutor guidance.
This practical approach allows you to put the techniques you have learnt into practice and develop the confidence needed to offer reflexology treatments to clients.
Reflexology Course Accreditation
This Reflexology Training Course is accredited by the Association of Beauty Therapists (ABT).
On successful completion of the course, you will receive an accredited certificate.
Subject to the requirements of your chosen insurer and any applicable professional requirements, your training can enable you to obtain the appropriate insurance to offer reflexology treatments professionally.

Will I get practical experience during the course?
Yes. Practical training is an important part of both days.
On Day 1, students practise the techniques they have learnt on each other. On Day 2, you will continue practising before carrying out treatments on models under tutor guidance.
Can I get insurance after completing the reflexology course?
The course is ABT accredited. On successful completion you will receive an accredited certificate which, subject to your insurer’s requirements and your existing qualifications, can enable you to obtain appropriate professional insurance.

Can I offer reflexology treatments professionally after completing the course?
Once you have successfully completed the training and have the appropriate qualifications and professional insurance in place, you can add reflexology to the treatments you offer clients.
