Alternatively, students may bring a model to practise on. Bristol Beauty School is not responsible for providing models for students.
  12. When undertaking a full ofqual regulated qualification they are subject to checks from the awarding body that all the work completed meets the national requirements. This includes inspection of portfolios, evidence and also observation of the practical level achieved to make sure the student has met required standard by internal and external verification. The verification takes place twice yearly which means certificates are not awarded instantly.
  13. Ofqual regulated qualifications are full national qualifications and are subject to awarding body checks. Which is why certificates cannot be instantly issued.  Certificates can be expected 6 to 12 weeks after internal and external verifying has taken place.

Inclusivity Statement

Our students and staff come from all walks of life and so do we. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it makes Bristol Beauty School stronger. If you share our values and our enthusiasm for small businesses, you will be at home at Bristol Beauty School.

One of our main priorities is to ensure that all our students, regardless of faith, culture or background, feel happy and at ease when attending a course at Bristol Beauty School. With this in mind, some courses of a more personal nature, such as Swedish or hot stone massage, where students will be practising on each other, are organised as same sex groups.
